"We searched PubMed, EMBASE, and Web of Science for studies reporting the prevalence and incidence of stroke in HIV-infected people from inception to November 23, 2022, following the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) guidelines.
