"Declarations Ethics approval and consent to participateThe data was irreversibly anonymized. No experiments on patients were carried out. The physical integrity and the treatment of the patients were not affected by the data collection. All these measures were in accordance to the official “Professional code for physicians in Bavaria” (Berufsordnung für die Ärzte Bayerns).
