Confidentiality was maintained by omitting direct personal identifiers on the questionnaire, using code numbers, storing data locked with a password, and not misusing or disclosing their information. Participants were also informed that participation was voluntary and that they have the right to withdraw from the study participation at any stage if they are not comfortable with the investigation.
