Therefore, approval of the Institutional Review Board’s exemption for this study was granted by the Seoul National University Institutional Review Board (E2302/002–002). This study was conducted in accordance with the ethical standards laid out in the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and later amendments. The dataset the authors used to generate and analyze the current study is in the 2017 & 2020 National Survey of Disabled Persons repository of South Korea.
