"Declarations Ethics approval and consent to participantsThe study was carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations of the Helsinki Declaration of medical research ethics [49]. It involving human participants were reviewed and approved by Institutional Health, Research Ethics Review Committee of College of Health and Medical Sciences, Haramaya University with reference number IHRERC/255/2020.
