"Declarations Ethics approval and consent to participateSamples included in the discovery cohort were obtained from the Karolinska University Hospital Medical Unit Aging Memory clinic in Solna, and are part of the GEDOC database and biobank, which was granted general ethical approval (Dnr 2011/1987-31/4). Samples included in the validation cohort were obtained from Amsterdam Dementia Biobank and the respective ethical approval was received from the Amsterdam UMC ethical review board (Approval nr: 2017.315).
