"Declarations Ethics approval and consent to participateThe study did not involve patient intervention, or medical record data, and no data on patients was collected. All paramedics gave oral informed consent to participate in the study, and the North Denmark Region, the Central Denmark Region, the Faroe Islands prehospital Medical Directors have the authority and did approve the study as a quality assurance project. According to Danish legislation, no approval from an ethics board or other agency is required for quality assurance projects [19]. The reporting of findings and methods were carried out according to the Guidelines for Reporting Reliability and Agreement Studies (GRAAS).
