The overall goal of the project is twofold: 1) To develop a transtheoretical and transdiagnostic IBI for BC settings (as described in this paper), and 2) To conduct a randomized controlled trial (RCT) that evaluates whether BC with this IBI benefits patients and psychotherapists (for more information see the study protocol of the ongoing RCT ()). The Research Ethics Committee of the Psychologische Hochschule Berlin approved the protocol (EK2021/21).
