"Declarations Ethics approval and consent to participateThis study was approved by the Norwegian Centre for Research Data (2018/61309 and 489776) and the university included prior to data collection. According to national regulations, approval from a medical ethical committee (Regional Committees for Medical and Health Research Ethics) to collect this type of data was not necessary. The study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles of the Declaration of Helsinki [40]. The consolidated criteria for reporting qualitative research (COREQ) guideline was used to report the study. All participants received written and oral information about the study, including voluntary nature of participation, and the right to reject or withdraw from the study.
