The study has been prospectively registered in ClinicalTrials.gov identifier NCT05124769 on August 11, 2021, before inclusion of the first participant. Participation in the study is voluntary. Written, informed consent to participate will be obtained from all participants. All data and information collected during the trial will be treated confidentially and stored according to the requirement of the Danish Data Protection Agency.
