"This prospective randomized controlled double-blind trial was conducted at the endoscopy center of the 900th Hospital of Joint Logistic Support Force. Twenty-six patients who attended from January 2022 to July 2022 and met the diagnostic criteria for FAP were included. The clinical diagnostic criteria for FAP required more than 100 adenomas in the general population or more than 20 in patients with a genetic predisposition. The study protocol adhered to the Declaration of Helsinki, and all participants provided written informed consent.
