"Declarations Ethics approval and consent to participateEthical approval was obtained from the Eswatini Health Research Review Board (Protocol Reference Number: SHR106/2019) and the Ethics Committee of the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (Reference Number: 14887-2). All data used in the study for secondary analysis was collected from Population Services International (PSI) as part of their Monitoring and Evaluation activities. During activity roll-out, participants consented to share some personal identifying information to PSI, such as names and telephone numbers for possible activity follow-up.
