"Declarations Ethics approval and consent to participateThe ethical approval was obtained from the Ethical Review Board of School of Medicine (Ref No. 1545/2022), College of Medicine and Health Sciences, University of Gondar in accordance with Helenski declaration and a support letter from department of physiotherapy. Permission to conduct the study was obtained from Gondar sub-cities, and selected kebele bureau. The purposes and importance of the study were explained to the participants and informed written consent was obtained from each participant for literate participants and from a parent and/or legal guardian for illiterate participants. Confidentiality was maintained at all levels of the study. The investigator was notifying the participants on behalf of the data collectors that they are legally liable for any problems that occur in the study participants’ privacy.
