The study was approved by a French Committee for the Protection of Individuals (Comité de Protection des Personnes—CPP, nr. 46–2020) for studies involving humans. In France, the Committee for the Protection of Individuals is the Ethics Committee for Biomedical Research (clinical trials or observational studies) involving human subjects.
